As Chef de Partie at atWeena, you share responsibility for the preparation and execution of dishes and step in to help lead the kitchen brigade when needed. The focus is on coordinating an efficient and effective cooking process, ensuring every dish is prepared with quality and passion. You work with a smile, because cooking together with your team is what you love most. On a workday, when the (Sous) Chef is not present, you are the point of contact for the front-of-house team regarding any complaints or group reservations.

What we expect from you:
- You have a passion for cooking
- You are communicative and have experience in supporting and motivating kitchen staff
- You can handle stress, work in a structured way, and stay flexible when things get busy
- You are creative and innovative, eager to help take atWeena to the next level
- You have solid knowledge of cooking techniques and can transfer these skills to colleagues
- You have experience in stock management and daily ordering
- You ensure the kitchen is always spotless and compliant with HACCP regulations
- You speak Dutch (not required)
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
